These terms set out how we work together when you book cleaning services with Tyneside Cleaning.

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Tyneside Cleaning. By booking a service you agree to them. We recommend you read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Quotes are provided free and are based on the information you give us. The final price may be adjusted if the actual size, condition or scope of work differs materially from what was described. We'll always discuss any change with you before proceeding.
You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity. If we cannot gain access, a call-out charge may apply.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking, usually on completion of the clean, by the method we've agreed with you. Prices are fixed and confirmed in advance, with no hidden charges.
Please give us as much notice as possible — ideally at least 24 hours — if you need to cancel or rearrange. Late cancellations may be subject to a charge to cover the reserved time.
If you're not happy with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to put it right free of charge, as described on our guarantee page.
We are fully insured and take great care in your home or premises. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by us, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve it. Our liability is limited as permitted by law, and we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
Please let us know in advance about anything fragile, valuable or requiring special care, and about any pets, hazards or areas you'd prefer we avoid.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page.
